These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PetLanda website, services and AI-generated image platform.

By using PetLanda, you agree to these Terms.

1. About PetLanda

PetLanda is an AI-powered platform that transforms uploaded pet photos into creative digital artwork and themed AI-generated scenes.

PetLanda is intended for entertainment, personal use and digital art creation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use PetLanda.

3. Uploaded Content

By uploading a photo to PetLanda, you confirm that:

• you own the uploaded image, or

• you have permission to use the image.

You remain the owner of your original uploaded photos.

You may not upload:

• illegal content

• copyrighted material you do not own

• violent or abusive imagery

• explicit adult content

• hateful or discriminatory material

• content that violates applicable laws.

PetLanda reserves the right to reject or remove uploads that violate these Terms.

4. AI Generated Images

PetLanda uses artificial intelligence to generate transformed images based on uploaded pet photos and selected scenes.

Generated images may:

• vary in quality

• contain artistic interpretations

• not always perfectly match expectations.

PetLanda does not guarantee identical or perfect outputs.

AI-generated images are created automatically and may differ between generations.

5. Preview Images

Free previews are:

• low-resolution

• watermarked

• intended only as previews.

Preview images may not be used commercially or redistributed.

6. Paid HD Packs

After payment, users receive:

• 5 unique HD images (Basic Pack), or

• 10 unique HD images (Premium Pack).

The generated HD images are provided digitally as downloadable files.

Because the product is digital and instantly generated, purchases are generally non-refundable once generation has started.

7. Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Mollie.

PetLanda does not store full payment card details.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The PetLanda brand, website design, software and platform remain the intellectual property of PetLanda.

Users may use generated images for:

• personal use

• social media

• gifts

• printing for personal purposes.

Commercial resale of generated images without written permission is prohibited.

9. Service Availability

PetLanda aims to provide reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• maintenance

• AI provider downtime

• technical issues

• third-party service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

PetLanda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

PetLanda shall not be liable for:

• lost data

• interrupted service

• dissatisfaction with generated images

• indirect or consequential damages

• third-party service failures.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of PetLanda is also governed by the Privacy Policy below.

12. Changes to These Terms

PetLanda may update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
